What to do if you're having trouble using our online credit card payment feature

www.ShalomAtlanta.org utilizes the highest level of security and the most up-to-date firewalls currently available on the web.  Because of this, some Internet browsers are unable to connect to our online payment company's secure server and it will appear to you as if the link to the online payment site is broken.  However, the problem is almost always due to the personal security settings in your browser (for example, MS Explorer or Netscape).

If you are unable to connect to our online credit card payment site, you should check your browser's security settings (usually a menu selection entitled "Internet Options" or something similar, depending on which browser you're using).  Restore the default settings and try the link again.  You may have to restart your computer.

Another cause may be that you are using an older version of the browser.
